Who OfferDaemon is built for

For teams running more than a simple referral program

If you work with several offers or publishers, need to trace each conversion back to the right click, and prepare payments from approved results, OfferDaemon keeps that work connected.

Affiliate networks

Manage offers from multiple advertisers, publisher access, tracking links, conversions, and payment records in one system.

Brands with their own offers

Run your own publisher program while keeping internal revenue data separate from what publishers can see.

Performance agencies

Manage offers and publishers for client campaigns without matching links, conversion reports, and approvals by hand.

Teams leaving spreadsheets

Replace manually matched IDs, approval tabs, and payout sheets with records that stay connected.

Follow the full history

See where every conversion came from - and whether it was paid

OfferDaemon keeps the offer, publisher, click, conversion, approval, and payment connected. When a number looks wrong, you can trace it back instead of comparing exports and spreadsheets by hand.

1

Which offer was promoted?

The offer keeps the landing page, advertiser, publisher rate, allowed countries, volume limits, and who can promote it.

2

Which publisher sent the visitor?

Each tracking link identifies the publisher and offer, so the click starts with the correct source.

3

Where did the click go?

OfferDaemon gives the click a unique ID and records its destination. That ID is how a later lead or sale is traced back.

4

What result did the advertiser report?

When a lead or sale arrives, OfferDaemon matches it to the original click and checks whether the transaction was already recorded.

5

Was the result approved?

Your team can leave a conversion pending, approve it, or reject it. That decision stays separate from whether it has been paid.

6

Has the publisher been paid?

Approved conversions can be added to a payment record, so you can see what is waiting, being processed, or already paid.

Put more traffic to work

Change where traffic goes without rebuilding every publisher link

Manage tracking links, landing pages, Smartlinks, routing rules, and fallback destinations from OfferDaemon. Your publishers keep promoting while you adjust the campaign setup behind the link.

Know which publisher sent the click

Each tracking link keeps the publisher and offer connected to the click and the conversion that follows.

Stop rebuilding campaign URLs

Use macros to pass the IDs and campaign details your advertiser or tracker needs automatically.

Run more than one landing page

Attach multiple landing destinations to an offer and keep the selected variant visible with the click.

Keep capped traffic moving

Send traffic to a configured fallback when an offer reaches its cap or a Smartlink has no available target.

Built to grow your network

Run more offers and publishers without adding more manual work

OfferDaemon brings traffic routing, conversion tracking, partner access, approvals, and payment records into one connected workflow, so your team can spend more time launching campaigns, recruiting publishers, and growing advertiser relationships.

Know what converts

Turn postbacks into conversion records you can trust

OfferDaemon matches advertiser events to tracked clicks, checks for duplicates, and keeps the result visible in the Postback Log. It can also send conversion callbacks to each publisher's tracker.

Put traffic to work

Send each click to the best available offer

Use Smartlinks to route visitors by country, device, operating system, browser, or time. Split traffic between matching offers and define a fallback when no target is available.

Launch deals faster

Launch offers and partner deals faster

Manage advertiser records, approve publishers, control who can promote each offer, and apply publisher-specific payout boosts from the same dashboard.

Protect your margin

Approve results before they affect payments

Review every conversion as Pending, Approved, or Rejected. OfferDaemon keeps that decision separate from payment status, so an approved result is never confused with a paid one.

Pay with proof

Prepare publisher payments from approved results

Group approved conversions into a payment, record fees and notes, and follow its progress through review, processing, and paid status. Every payment stays linked to the conversions behind it.

Clearer publisher payments

Know exactly what you are paying for before you send the money

OfferDaemon calculates eligible earnings, groups approved conversions into payment records, and keeps every status change visible. You stay in control of the external transfer while OfferDaemon keeps the numbers and history organized.

  4. 4Keep proof of what was paidMark the payment Paid and retain the connection to every conversion included in it.

OfferDaemon manages the payment records and approval workflow. Your team remains in control of the actual transfer.

Migration confidence

Move the workflow in stages, with a rollback path

A safe migration is an inventory, mapping, validation, and communication project. OfferDaemon provides the target structures. The current Enterprise pricing table lists dedicated onboarding and migration support, but the platform does not promise an automatic one-click import.

  1. 01Inventory IDs, links, domains, events, terms, balances, and history.
  2. 02Map the data and rebuild postback contracts in a test environment.
  3. 03Validate clicks, conversions, status, and financial totals in parallel.
  4. 04Cut over inside a controlled window, then monitor and reconcile.

Evaluate the fit

Questions to ask before choosing CPA network software

Software for affiliate networks should make every handoff inspectable - from destination selection to the conversion and the final settlement record.

Can you trace a payout back to its conversions?

A balance alone is not enough for review, disputes, and reconciliation.

Are Conversion Status and Settlement Status separate?

A valid conversion is not automatically a paid conversion.

Who owns the Redirect Domains and Tracking Link plan?

Domain and redirect control determines how safely you can change routes or platforms.

Can the team inspect postback outcomes?

Accepted, duplicate, missing-click, and rejected events need visible evidence.

What does “payout automation” really mean?

Separate commission calculation, batch preparation, approval, and actual money movement.

What can be migrated - and what must be rebuilt?

Ask about links, macros, callbacks, balances, event history, and rollback support.

FAQ

Affiliate network software questions

What is affiliate network software?

It is the operating system used to manage offers, advertisers, publishers, Tracking Links, conversions, commissions, reporting, and Payment records across a multi-partner network. A network platform differs from a single-brand referral tool because it must handle multiple supply and partner relationships.

Is CPA network software different from an affiliate tracker?

A standalone tracker usually focuses on clicks, attribution, conversions, and campaign reporting. CPA network software must also manage publishers, offer access, commission rules, conversion review, and payment records. OfferDaemon covers both sides of this workflow: it tracks traffic and conversions while also giving you the tools to run the partner and payment operations of an affiliate or CPA network. You can use it as the core platform for your network instead of piecing together tracking and operational tools.

Does OfferDaemon send money to publishers automatically?

No. OfferDaemon organizes eligible conversions and the request/admin-driven payment lifecycle. Your team makes the transfer through the chosen external payment provider, then records processing and paid status. There is no payout scheduler.

Can advertisers log in to their own OfferDaemon panel?

Not today. Advertisers are managed business records. Admin, publisher, and merchant roles have product surfaces; a dedicated advertiser role or panel should not be assumed.

Can OfferDaemon migrate an existing affiliate network automatically?

No automatic migration is promised. The current Enterprise pricing table lists dedicated onboarding and migration support; scope it with OfferDaemon before relying on it. The work still requires inventory, field mapping, link and postback configuration, validation, cutover planning, and reconciliation.

How should I prepare before starting the trial?

Bring one representative offer, one advertiser postback contract, at least one test publisher, your expected commission model, and a non-production QA scenario. That is enough to exercise the click-to-settlement chain during the 14-day trial.

Next step

Test one complete workflow before moving the whole network

Create an Offer, generate a Publisher Tracking Link, return a test conversion, review it, and prepare a controlled Payment record. If you are migrating, discuss the source system and rollback plan first.
